I did this when I was a kid. Topping off the coolant tank on a Madison surface grinder. Started filling the tank and then went to a 45 minute long meeting. Spent the entire rest of my shift mopping. Lol! I didn't work on a single part. Just a meeting and hours of mopping.
I was in charge of a small shop like this on nite shift, and it always happened everyday, un till I would do rounds on machines and clean the traps where the coolant goes back into the tank. Clean them every other day unless they are used more.
I have never in my life ever wanted to make myself want to cry when I saw the dead mill cutter(copying)😢😩. I know why the algorithm ban it. Too much sexual content.❤😂. I definitely felt the chill up my leg.😮
