I flooded half the company! Suddenly I was hungry and since it was Saturday, the break was a bit longer. 8 hours of cleaning, Monday all the machines were filled and the floor was clean...half of it :)

I want face 160 mm depth I have 40 mm apmt cutter with 4 insert..but when facing starting in the machine..tool had been vibrate.. depth of cut only .5 mm and feed is 800 and rpm 1100 ..any solution?

Jeżeli płyta nie jest utwardzona, to okno można by wyciąć frezem walcowo-czołowym zgrubnym, a następnie oczyścić frezem wykańczającym - byłoby to znacznie szybsze. Ale mogę się mylić...

@@CncFrezar Pewnie mógłbym się mylić jeśli jest ograniczenie wzdłuż osi Z - duża odległość od końca wrzeciona (w dolnym położeniu) do stołu. Nie widzę innych opcji.

2:05 For holes like this, lets say it is 60mm. I predrill for example 10mm and then take a 35mm face mill and spiral downwards circular interpolation hand programmed
