I'm so thankful that nothing terrible happened, but so sorry about your rig. I'm wondering - did you guys get anything for your old camper on trade? Or did you get anything from Keystone? We're having the same problem with our rig.
Nie jestem Polak. Moja żona jest Polką z Mazowsza. Nie jesteśmy całkiem sąsiadami. Mieszkamy w Vacaville. There is good mountain stream fishing in Hat Creek, which runs beside the Subway Cave. It appears you did not hike into Bumpass Hell. That is worth the effort. Also about a half hour north on Highway 89 from Subway Cave is Burney Falls. Definitely a Kodak moment.
Witam! I wish we could have explored to do some fishing while there. We wanted to hike into Bumpass Hell, but the road was closed at the Sulfur Works. We hiked up the road for a few miles but Bumpass Hell was still a bit farther and the road was still snow packed in. I wish we could have pushed on to get there because it looks like it was amazing. We'll make sure when we return that we get to some of these other places you mention becuase it was all so amazing there! Thanks for following us!
Yes, our kids are all very comfortable in front of a camera, that's for sure! When we were at Lassen, the road was closed from the south at Sulfur Works. We tried to hike up the road to Bumpass Hell because we heard it is so amazing, but it was just too far for us that day. We definitely want to go back later in the season when the whole road is open. Thanks for following our adventures!
Thx! For most things, I feel we troubleshoot pretty well… but this one was pushing the boundaries of what we could handle. We needed a lot of strength and grace to pull us through.
You like the record scratch, huh? I’m trying to channel my inner foley artist to add some interest to the episode (and I just found the ‘sound effects’ section on the site we use for all production music…
@@ElitePRC for editing, I am using Pinnacle 24 Pro. I think go pro has some editing stuff, but it’s limited and we’re shooting on more than just go pros. For sound, I have a subscription to epidemicsound.com. One of my favorite travel blogs (Keep Your Daydream) uses epidemic and I really dug it! You’ll often see me with a KYD hat on and it is from this travel blog.
I’m so glad you didn’t have to stop the trip and go home! And so thankful for God’s protection. Fun to see the musical instruments museum after hearing about it!!
WOW that trailer drama! I'll bet it had all the irritation of moving, with the stress of having your car get totaled! No bueno. Glad you're back on the road. Carlsbad looks surreal!
The only thing we were worried about with the border was the clock. If the border office closed, we'd have to find some place to spend the night in Boquillas! It has been a great adventure. Looking forward to getting up your way and seeing you!
My parents moved to near Houston for my dad's work back in the 70s. We always enjoyed a side trip to Galveston whenever we visited the 6 years they lived there.
There were three starships at SpaceX and we saw the booster that will be launched next week. It was so cool because you can drive right up to the launchpad
Thanks! Something with the underwater messed up the GoPro for a few days, so I told the kids we’re going to need to get the water cover for it before we do more of that.
