Hey!, one of my phones had this version, Minecraft Pe 0.6.1 alpha in it. This vid was made like 2 years ago so I don't remember what seeds were used for the vid but if you want, I'll try and find them :)

And for your question, well... there's a way, depends what type of phone you have but if it's able to support 32-bit apk files, you should be able to download old mc version. The thing is you need to have Minecraft already downloaded in that phone, they don't work unless you've bought the game.
