Oh yeah, a VPN is such a good idea. Send all your private web traffic through the servers of a private company which exists to make a profit, and just take their word for it that they aren't selling all your data to a data broker, which would make them loads of money. Sorry, I've learned through hard experience to walk away from obvious scams. I thought you people were supposed to be smart, or at least very good at looking stuff up. You'd think you'd know about how data gets sold to data brokers by pretty much everyone, and is available to buy by advertisers or anyone else who wants it. John Oliver did a pretty good episode of Last Week Tonight about it.
My high school Physics teacher worked for NASA and rode with each of the astronauts through the G-force machine that inflicted 6 G that NASA quit doing it because it was messing up their eyes and Hugh Dunn went with all of them
Dick Celeste Bulldozed the final "pit toilet" on I76/77 between Akron and Zanesville/Barnesville. In the 1980s there were still 6 hole outhouses being replaced by modern rest stops with flush toilets. Dick Celeste was the last beefy Democrat, before Ted Strickland (whiney little guy married to Kate Mulgrew from soap operas and StarTrek Voyager/OITNB)

The Character in Goonies you're thinking of is Sloth played by John Matuszak. Chunk was the chubby kid played by Jeff Cohen who is now a laywer and is actually, oscar winner, Ke Huey Quan's (Data in Goonies) Lawyer
When I was 3-6 or so, if mom wanted to go on a date, my 70 year old neighbor would bring a bottle of TAB and we watched what's my line, George Saunders was one guest(KFC/Col)
I think George Thoma grew grass in Cleveland Oh, (for Baseball mostly) If you can grow grass in April in Cleveland, by lake Erie on a landfill, in early spring they PAINT the ground green.
Danica McKellar is a Phd in Math (Winnie from wonder years) She is also the source of one of my favorite tweets, where the Hallmark channel (based upon "A prince for Christmas" tweeted that like 140 people had watched all or part of that movie 14 times or more and they tweeted "Who hurt you?")
If only GWB and Tony Blair had watched to the point where all the arab tribes are arguing about garbage collection in Baghdad, and it all goes to hell, maybe they would have been more cautious. And when they take all the shoes in Accaba GWB get at least 2 back.
Omg I have a bag of salt and pepper airplane shakers. They are plastic and branded. I used to clean airlines trays and we were told to throw them away since they were "used". They are all still sealed. I give them as gifts sometimes
In 1990ish I lived in Cincinnati and dated a woman who lived across the hall from a man who invented Olestra, which made potato chips mostly calorie free, but you should stop wearing white pants.. (loose stools)
27:52 I had to pause and see the name *Aénor* in writing to understand anything about that segment hahaha (on the origin of the name Ellinor - Aliénor - Aénor ) It was very confusing and also hilarious.
Judi Dench's episode of "Who do You Think You Are?" traces her lineage back to Denmark and Tycho Brahe, who had Rosecrans and Guildenstern heraldic emblems in his family history. One of the best and most fascinating episodes I've ever seen.
3 Gorges Dam Dr Jeryl Walker (physics educator) sat on a wheeled chair and held a brick at arm's length pulled it to his chest and sped up like a figure skater.
The Liu family has been making Kim Chi on the Big Island of Hawaii for over 50 years. I have been enjoying it for almost 45 years now. Does that make me a 'hipster? Lol.
Btw, Kohala KimChee does not contain fish products and isn't fermented under ground. It is similar to Japanese Kim Chi. Won Bok Cabbage, spices, etc... delicious.
I used to be addicted to a documentary "Tom Dowd and the language of music" which claimed that he helped build Les Paul's original 4-track machine and then the 8 and 16 track machine for Ahmet Ertigan at Atlantic Records (maybe Sun)
28:00 David Letterman made fun of America Ferrara (lead actress in "Ugly Betty") imagining a whole room of less attractive actresses going "FINALLY" and then America Ferrara coming out of her audition, realizing the producers were starting with an attractive actress and doing the makeup to "Ugly" her up
Likely those titanic comments came out in the enquiry. But surprised they're not acknowledging that these were good for historical context.. the good detail also helped Cameron make the film. Showed the class differences!
