I was visiting manila during typhoon karina. It was crazy. We were stranded in the hotel for 2 days. The strength and resilience of the fillipinos is amazing
Because homes and businesses are being destroyed and they have value. Not slums with bums like where this is in the PH. I guarantee you if the typhoon was stronger with the winds and tornadoes these bums wouldn't be frolicking in sewer water.

Flood may seem fun. But don't forget, the water comes from overflowed SEWAGE WATER!!! There are shits and millions trillions of bacteria and virus... And they may get into the body via the hole in genital and ass. So yeah.... "fun time!"....
