My pressure cooker lid is stucked in the left direction, I have been trying to open it for a while now and it has not been possible. Please any help on what I should do?

I recently purchased a second hand pressure cooker which came with no instructions, I've grown up using pressure cookers, so i have a experience. The one in this video is identical, i was wondering if some part of the weight was missing, If anyone has any tips please share. This pot seems so basic and easy to use, is it too good to be true?! lol my pressure cooker literally takes 2 full minutes to release all its steam and pressure before I can remove the lid, and I even lift it like this to help it escape.

I have been given this cooker just this week and am trying to find out how to use it. I did the test with the water inside, but the green top did not spin round, it steamed but remained still. How do I know if it is working correctly? Also the red button did not pop up, just raised slightly. How do I know if there is enough pressure inside, before turning the heat down?

That's vapor, not smoke. And if you're taking the time to use a pressure cooker, why not be a little more patient with the lid, lest you spill hot water and/or food all over?

Hi, i bought Tower 4 preassure cooker,never used them before, my weight dsnt move..well it started sort of very slowly moving,then i reduced the heat as it says in manual...and it stopped to move,so can you pleae tell me what do i do? Shall i wait untill it moves really fast as it shown in the video and then reduce the heat? Thank you
