I heard that when you put drums on top of eachother you must fix the frequencies so that they dont fall on eachother to make it muddy. How do you do that please?
I don’t just want you to put out an album, I need you to, and the world needs it to. Make an album, you will get big, that’s not a guess, that’s a guarantee.
Can anyone help? My smaples load into the cell as soon as i click on it which i dont want. Is there a way to change the setting so it only loads when I double click or drag the sample?
(random comments) Thank you. These dry drum samples are precisely my wheelhouse - I think stock Logic can do that pitch down thing. I want to try the CLA drums w your samples which consolidates much of these fx. I used to schlep in studio and watch him mix. I just found this British band called “Kid Karachi” with that dry drum insanity 🤘🏼🔥
Listen to Bjork's song "Crabcraft" and LCD Sound System's "Losing My Edge" to see that the background beat was influenced by this vintage machine. Great songs!
I love the sound. The only thing is that it is too compressed and we are limited to very punchy tracks (great for most, but not all tracks). Would you guys consider doing some less compressed dry drums some time? A lot of us have our own compression settings we like, and it is a bit hard to work with when you have quiet track with punchy drums.
Reporting back to say these are truly some of the best pop punk drums I’ve ever used. I love this kit to death already and I’ve spent all of 45 minutes with it. The room sound of the space you recorded in is SO INCREDIBLY PERFECT for an aggressive and vibey sound. I’m currently programming with the multi-velocity samples and as always you guys GET IT - you provide multi-velocity and round robins for all the cymbal and hi hats…. I’m in love with it. Please keep making drum libraries.
Just saw this, and I’m headed to the website 😭 was literally just listening to a kid shredding some Midwest emo riff’s on his RU-vid channel and now this.
