There is so much I have seen and done and have learned in my time here but there is so much still I have not. I am always willing to try anything at least once. So lets explore and learn!!
I traveled, lived, and explored many amazing places around the world over the years. But the Philippines has captured my attention more than any other. The best and most friendly people I have ever met. Some of the best food and hands down the most beautiful country I have found with so many natural wonders to see and explore.
I seek to explore the most beautiful places nature has given us enjoy the amazing people here, and eat foods from modern to traditional and sometimes exotic food.
thank you very much, the water in this area is super clear the reef itself is just coming back alive after years of abuse and overfishing. This is why you see many dead coral here but it is beautiful to see it start to flourish again :)
It is really interesting to see and the simplicity of preserving fish this way is amazing. The technique has been used all through history. Plus it's delicious when fried 😀 If ever you make it I would love to see your process ✌
