Same thing i said about the will middlebrooks interference in the world series, if the fielder had a right to be there a moment before its not reasonable to expect him to be able to avoid contact/interference it should be no interference, like colliding with an umpire or something. Of course the umpire should be free to call it if the fielder intentionally or recklessly/carelessly causes contact with a runner.
With ease, Garrett nailed the 57" box jump barefoot 🎉. Just barely missed the 63" w/ tennis shoes on, looks like he would have made 60". A true generational athlete...one a kind.
I don't know much about women's pro basketball, but the appearance of Caitlin Clark in the pros has, for some reason, stimulated my interest in the league, very much like the way my antennae tuned in on Katelyn Tuohy in 2018 in girls' cross country. I'm comparing a high school phenomenon to a post-grad/neopro phenomenon, it's true, but the emotional environment is similar, if memory serves. Caitlin Clark is addicting, just like Katelyn Tuohy was addicting, and now I'm trying to figure out why.
May I suggest you look at videos of her development? From age 5 with huge competitive zeal, she played everyday with real effort. So, she developed an unusual court IQ. And, she played vs boys so is able be hit and keep going. Add in her logo 3s, exceptional dribbling skills, & passing, she is an unusually gifted court general.
