💯 Yes. You press it in until it stops, the snap ring there is for extra safety only, it doesn't hold ball joint in place 😉

YES! I've done a lot of ball joints on Fords, mostly Moog or some generic part store brands. And TTX ball joints felt like premium for sure 😁 Even has a cover for zerk fitting 🔥

That RF caliper had to be making some noise scraping on the inside of the rim. Man I'd be wanting my money back from the other shop, plus ask them to pay for the repair.
