Could you not paint the brackets a different colour as well? Because all being yellow could be confusing but visually the mind sees the shape and colour difference and picking errors is less likely? Other option is the description linked to the part code could include a description of the colour or add an extra letter in the part code for the colour. Maybe with the picking crew you could play games after hours and the team that identified the most items and bonus points for item code could be a easy way for them to remember the items? Fun why learning lol We did this at Currys pc world warehouse when picking. Also prizes for the most picks and returns lol

You’re an inspiration Jack. Even more so doing it in the UK with all the cost and regs! We’ve been trying to find an industrial unit to buy rather than renting as we currently are but they’re so rare in decent locations as they’re all owned by pension funds! How did you manage to find yours and would you do some videos about how you put up new buildings so quick with regards to building regs, planning etc please? Incredible work

So if you need 20 cm you set the stop at that and just drag the cable to the stop and cut it. 1:40 Maybe the brackets should be placed at a different location so you do not need to put your hand into the machine to get one. 1:16 it is a time and energy saver! i was filing my aluminum tubes with a file until now! Love having the right tools for the job 😊. Now I'd like to sort out the problem of the metal filings in my socks 😂
