I finally got a chance to use mine. I could Not stretch my ring. I then tried stretching an adjustable ring and it adjusted easily. I watched this video and saw her do it easily without it being bolted down. I am breaking a sweat trying to do it. What am I doing wrong?
uesless video. it doesn't show how to "set" the temp. every time i go to use it and try to set temp, it just keeps heating up well past the setting I put in.

I have the newer PDI controller and this feels almost useless. Still cant figure out how to use my unit, as it changed from the one in this video. any chance you could make a new video ?
I have an old Air Force military ring that I haven't worn for over 30 years and it no longer fits any of my fingers. Can this tool stretch it so I can wear it again? It's pretty thick and I don't want to damage the ring, but I would like to start wearing it again.
I need help setting mines. I have to do mines as 300 for 1hr 700 for 1hr and 1200 for 2hrs or 1hr. Then -121 as hold. The -121 doesn’t hold, it keep going and I damaged a lot of jewelries.
