I recommend you trying the cortizone cream for eczema (purple container). It has worked wonders on my skin/eczema. I use it as my face moisturizer. I swear by it!

Hey ! No one can tell they are there. They’re anchors to help speed up the process . The first few days was them was an adjustment while eating. They wore down a little so it’s not an issue now, I don’t have them on every tooth either. They don’t damage your teeth they remove them eventually. All my friends who did Invisalign also had them .
They basically go watch a movie or nap. But it’s time for them to settle down and us to regain some sanity so we can get dinner ready or work or do something we need to do uninterrupted
FYI I’m not a Dr but listening to when you said your tan was peeling that may have been light sun burn I know we apply sun screen but we still can burn also not sure if you’re asthmatic but my now 25 year old when she was under ten she was then all of sudden no more attacks but she started to have eczema the pediatrician said it’s one in the same so each season she use to have to have more breathing treatments but after her symptoms went away instead of breathing treatments it was flare up from eczema so yep when the season changes we knew somewhere on her body we could see something either the arm or elbows or behind the knee or stomach area along the side
