Good content. I'm Pete and worked with the honorable Senator Tom Harkin during early ADA years and one of first federal ADA cases brought before Gr US Courts. Great video and thanks for speaking slowly. 🎉❤
I am a service-connected veteran and amputee. I am traveling to Philippines soon and trying to find a portable and affordable travel scooter. I subscribed to your channel hoping to find a scooter I can travel and go to Disneyland and Universal Studios without using walking devices.
Make sure to check out our videos we did at Disney World, and Universal Studios. It really makes the experience much more enjoyable. Thanks for commenting! ~ Drew
You know if you get a bag that splits for laptop or tablet device you don’t really need take out laptop also if you put your phone on in the side mesh or netting of the bag they may let you go
No, they require you to take the laptop out at specific airports. The reason is the type of x-ray being used. Anything larger than a cell phone comes out of your bags more often than not.
@@MobilityDirect I went to LA and Vegas with my tsa approved YOREPEK 18.4 Laptop Large Backpacks one of tsa guys told me I just unzip make it flat the back that it didn’t need take it out almost got scolding for it in LA when I was taking out of the bag later one of them said it saves time and it considered wasting bins..
This is a very informative video at the perfect time. My husband has mobility issues and in the past he has been met at the plane with a wheelchair and taken through the airport. When we are on a cruise, he had a walker which wasn’t ideal. He cannot walk far and on our last two cruises, he passed out after leaving the ship. One time, he had to sit on the walker and I had to push him back to the ship. In December, we are flying from Canada to SAN Francisco where we will board a cruise ship for a 16 day cruise in Hawaii. I bought him a scooter very similar to yours for this trip. This will be a trial to see if we can keep travelling while his health allows. This video helped put my mind at ease, although I don’t know if I can find the elevators in the airports without GPS. 😊 Thank you so much for doing this video.
It was because I could not walk through the x-ray. You are legally allowed to film anything in public. An airport is a public space, however, the airplane it's self is not, and that's where the line is drawn in the sand.
I'm disappointed all the technology and reviews are focused on speed and looks, I'm more focused on power. I live in New Hampshire where it is mostly uneven ground and very hilly unlike the southern states being more on the flat side. I'm a big man weighing in at 350lbs and after watching all the u-tube videos I decided the Afiscooter S-4 by Afikim was the right fit for me, wrong! Under normal New England road conditions, I still have to rely on momentum to make it up 10-degree inclines. I thought the 24 volt 1,400W motor and two 12V 105Ah batteries would handle it just fine, nope not even close. Does anyone know if there is a more powerful scooter then the Afikim S-4, or better yet can I upgrade the scooter I have? I love everything else about the S-4 and really hate to part with it. Remember, I'm looking for more power (torque) not speed. Thanks in advance!
Sergio, outstandingly well done video! You speak clearly and at a very comfortable pace. Very thorough too! My hats off to you also for having no tattoos. That's always distracting and not fun for viewer to look at. Keep up the great service!

That looks like it's so convenient. I am hoping to find one with a higher weight capacity. I've been looking for one for months for airline travel as well as every day use. It's so hard to find. Especially on a budget. But this one is perfect because there's no disassembling and assembling. Nice.

Would love a scooter as I can't stand any longer than 3-5 minutes without being in severe pain. Surgery may not be feasible for me as too much damage may have been done to the nerves already. It sure would help me get out and about easier.
