Engine on this one is solid the ecodiesel is kinda junk wich is really sad because the face lift looks sooooooo good I wish the kept the Mercedes engine
@@stefanbreit5324 I have had this one (wk1), and the wk2 with the eco diesel. The Mercedes engine in the WK1 sounds a lot better. Both can be amazing engines but you need to help them: on my wk1 i had it tuned and switched out the turbo for the ball-bearing turbo from a Mercedes ml350. that and deleting the egr and swirl motor allowed for a solid 300hp tune. made it a really fast car. On my wk2 it gets more difficult as time progresses due to environmental laws. I basically did the same: delete the EGR tube, alter the downpipe (keep the particle filter though, legislation!), change the intake tube, but not the turbo (id does not exist like it did for the Mercedes engine). Then I have a proper tune on it and also that one drove effortlessly untill well over 250000km with over 300hp. still, the mercedes engine in the wk1 always felt stronger and sounded a lot more tough. the ecodiesel is no junk engine, but all the smog stuff they had put on it makes it an engine that gets very very dirty internals, and that compromises reliability and performance, once you undo all that nonsense the engine really wakes up!.

I've now had my 2004 1.4 TDi 75HP Colour Storm in Blue for nearly 10 now. It's time to check your wish bones, they rust from the inside out. I just had both replaces about to have the tracking done & it's good to go. 65mpg+. Still nothing quite like the A2.
For a budget car I would say it's not noisy at all. On this car the average noise measurement was 72db. To put it in perspective, the Touareg 7L had the same average, while the Toyota Corolla I tested had 76.

Salut.M-ar interesa sa detaliezi punctele negative in comparatie cu Touareg. Si eu am avut un Touareg V6 pe care l-am vindut nefiind multumit de consum. Ma intereseaza daca confortul este asemanator in ambele masini pentru ca eu am ceva dureri de spate de la multi kilometri parcursi. Fata de modelul MK2 mi se pare mai necomfortabil interiorul si din pacate mixul de 3.0crd cu MK2 nu cred ca exista. Multumesc anticipat pentru raspuns.
Salutare. Nu e la fel de rafinat ca și Touareg. Touaregul are materiale de o mai buna calitate în interior și sta mai bine atat la confort cat și la insonorizare. Marele avantaj al Jeepului (motivul de fapt principal pt care am făcut și eu trecerea) e ca găsești mult mai usor piese pt echipare offroad și în medie, prețul pieselor ce le-am schimbat la Jeep sunt cu 30-40% mai ieftine fata de cele de la Touareg.
Frumoasa, ma gandesc sa schimb Rangerul in viitor si sa iau un Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 crd ,insa impozitul de 2400 lei ma c-am da inapoi. Ce probleme ai avut pe la ea?
E urat momentul ala când plătești impozit intr-adevar :)) măcar e odată pe an. Probleme speciale nimic, dar cam multe mărunțișuri (direcție, frâne, revizii ulei). Noroc ca prețul pieselor e f decent
I wonder if that transfer case at the back is the same as WK2? Wk2 models transfer case can brake if you don't watch for your tyre profile. They said if your tires at front have less profile after couple of months you can expect a failure. They are pretty sensitive to wheel rpm..
Excelenta intrebare. Pai scopul videoului e sa vezi cum arata sa conduci o astfel de masina, cum se simte în scaunul șoferului, cum se aude motorul, nu sa asculți o conversație. Pt o prezentare a modelului gasesti alte videouri. Vizionare plăcută
Mine has an annoying diff whine between 40-50km/h. Been like that for 70,000km but I could do without it as lack of other noises means you hear it often in city driving
I've got several cars and trucks. I just bought an 04' Prius for a cheap commuter and it's quickly becoming a favorite. In my top three at least so I'd say....love it! 2003 BMW 325ci Convertible w/ sport package 1999 Olds 88 LSS 50th Anniv. 1995 Buick Roadmaster (w/ LT-1 built to Vette/Camaro specs) 1978 Dodge D200 PU, 360 V8, 3" exhaust, thumper cam 1985 K2500 396 stroker. 2004 Prius......it gets 45 mpg even when I'm flogging on it?.......what?.......
Yep was grinding my teeth doing the deal but the thing is a tank drives plenty fast for highway and I’ve never gotten under 40mpg regardless of how I drive
Salutare. Proprietarul dinaintea mea l-a schimbat cu 1 luna înainte de vanzare. Dar recomandările cele mai comune sunt undeva la 60 000km. Am avut masina 1 an, în afara de o problema cu compresorul de la pernele de aer (care a fost ușor și ieftin rezolvabila, nu am avut nicio alta notabila)

Daca te ajuta, pot sa iti zic niste costuri directe cu care am avut tangente: - discuri frana - 500 lei bucata - placute - 450 lei fata - perna aer - 1500 lei - compresor - reconditionare 650 lei, nou after market 3500 lei - stop spate (200 lei dezmembrări) - motoras parbriz luneta (200 lei dezmembrări) Revizie - in jur de 1000 lei, schimb ulei in cutie - 1500 lei Preturile sunt orientative, sigur gasesti si mai ieftin si mai scump. Partea buna e ca gasesti foarte multe piese in dezmembrări, la preturi mai mult decat decente
@@adrianonboard9373 Mersi frumos! La inceput ma gandeam si la un r 2.5, insa raman la 3.0... Nici macar nu am condus una in viata mea, doar am stat in dreapta 😆. Ma gandeam si la un q7, doar ca aia e prea lunga si nu ar fi ok sa o conduca prietena prin oras, mi ar fi frica :))
