Sri Hartamas immigration department is getting too old to serve the applicants. They expect applicants to dress well but their toilets are mostly broken down and unusable. There are no seats for applicants who had to wait in long queues and sit on the floors like beggars. It's utterly disgraceful to all Malaysians. Malu lah Malaysia. Malaysia tak boleh ke? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
