I;m sorry to bother you but my mothers best friend lives a 8 Walnut Springs drive B-2 it's a town house I think and she has not heard from her at all she is 89 years old before the storm she had water and food but I don't know about now. Just got cell service back an hour ago. Power and water still out. River has receded and is no longer over the road. Lots of down trees in the neighborhood but we're hearing worse things in other neighborhoods. My little corner of Woodfin seems very very lucky minus the lack of power and water.

Anyone at 10 newbridge will be bringing about 10 gallons of water and some snacks. We'll leave by the office on Tuesday when we get there
Could you please have some videos on Playbook? I am trying to create a simple playbook for a normal change request and want to add a step where user specifies a template name and it gets applied to the new change request record. Things like these have been made so hard by ServiceNow that I just don't want to spend any time with process automation in general. Thank you.
I haven't heard about Bent Creek but I've been there after regular storms and it takes a few weeks to clear trees from the trails. I can't imagine what it's like after this mess.

Hi Justin - Your videos on this show an "Issue" ADO item being created. Can you have it create other work item types (user stories, bugs, custom items, etc.)?
When something is attested to, does it set anything on the CI to let you know? I was thinking with some classes, that would then allow you to set a cadence for attestation. Like a piece of software. Attest that you are still using it. And set it to be 3 months from the last attestation date.
