8:46, i already know you did super well with your diet and the chloe ting challenge, BUT, even though youre buying organic foods they are still stuffed with all types of sugar and 'poisoning' ingredients, especially the muesli. and i know it says low in sugar but theres still lots of carbs and other sugary ingridents. alsooo you said that you cut down on fat ALOT buttt, fat is reallyyy realllyyy important for your body, even if youre on a diet. if youre dietting it's actually more important to eat a lot of fat and meat. @@eshwah694 because if u want to loose weight you need to be on calorie deficit too, for example, if u need to eat 2000kcal a day, u should eat smth like 1700/1800 kcal a day
