Can you tell me why my HP 5103 won't copy. It worked ok and then 2 minutes later it wouldn't copy. It's only one month old. It will print from internet ok. Any advice on how to fix this? Thank you.
Ridiculous! I don't want to watch a useless video. I don't have time for commercials. Put it in print so I can fix the problem on this useless printer during busy office hours

The paper tray can't be adjusted for 11" paper. The scan software can only be used for full page scans, no manual cropping. Automatic centering make work impossible. You can't create a desktop icon for HP Smart. You can't output to bitmap format. They had excellent software on the HP 8610 but decided to dumb it down for the 8130e. The is NO flexability.

Thanks very much. I had two thin dark lines streaking down the page from top to bottom. I was very frustrated with my HP OfficeJet 7740 until you showed how simple it was to fix the problem by cleaning the scan window. Many thanks!

@@TechnologyTips017 Thanks for replying. I have read some comments on reddit saying that with an ONR, I would only be able to use a third party router as an access point. As far as I know, an ONR is a combination of a modem and a router. However, the singtel engineer also connected a router to the ONR. So I am kind of confused at this point.
Follow-up: I went into settings and SMB V1 was not enabled. Once I enabled, I tested my quick set with success! I got this from a comment on another YT video.

My printer won't connect to wifi or bluetooth. The transfer cable was not included in the package and I can't find one to buy either. I really have no idea what to do with the printer because it only connects to wifi directly, but it's very tiring and a waste of time to always sit and disconnect from wifi cuck net and select wifi from the printer and then connect back to the net and that's it. I don't know what to do with this printer. Many times I have to restart it because it remains stuck in offline mode, or gives errors even if it is on direct wifi.

I've watched many videos but my phone has no holes anywhere near that place. Just 2 on top and 1a mm from charging port. Seems like top 2 would be speaker/microphone but I'm on the road and phone and text do not work at all

and for it to actually pick up ipv6 which the modem shows but the router set to auto for that does not show. and they say on the forums to do a factory reset. And some support messages I read it is something in the firmware or program.
