I watched a few videos of skilled fishermen filleting salmon, and it was a thing of beauty. I watch this and it kinda makes me sick and kinda makes me want to cry.
That's the pronunciation mistake by most of my people in GH. They say Salmon for Mackerel. Even the highly educated people in GH know about this mistake,but they've all kept mute.
All the good stuff goes to bigger folks,.The fresh stuff caught shipped all the way for thailand to process and clean,.it's why it's poisoned..A;ll the canned fish, tuna's don't eat it.
I would like to see what they do with the skins and the scraps. It can't be wasted. Cat food? Fillet of fish? Salmon burgers like Costco sells? Fish sticks? (I'm not big on ANY ground meat, loose or glued into a patty.)

bad editing, first we see the tail cut off, next the tail is back on fish? is it two different productions? looks like it. Also suddenly the fish is a filet, when did it get de boned???
