Hello! Would you say that one of its qualities is its absolute comfort? The type of boots that are like wearing a sneaker or that you can use for the first time on a mountain without fear of discomfort or injury. Thank you!
Magnifico.
Absolutely comfortable a wear I must say. I have a pair of them lying around. 3 years into them I suppose. The biggest drawback i feel is that when walking through vegetation, the thin rubber outer cladding tears off easily. This happened to me in less than a week. Then it's the leather or fabric bit of the outer coming off since it has lost the rubber cladding it badly needs. Eventually water seeps in and the boot just dies on you. I still wear them though. It's very comfortable to walk around in these still, which is why. The gore tex lining now gets to stick to your feet and gets pulled back half-way on removing the boot after a day's wear now. The upper and sole has started to separate as well. Please make them sturdier. You have a nice design foundation here. Give it some much needed field testing and refine it so that they are longer lasting. Lovely comfy boots but cannot take a beating.
Hello! I want to complain about the quality of shoes that I bought just three months ago and have worn about 15 times. The lace loops fray very quickly. Some are already torn, the rest will tear soon. For this reason I cannot use laces. The shoes quickly became unusable. What should I do?

Saluti
Going through heartache and HELL after the sh!tbags at Adidass discounted the Camp 4. I have not found a shoe that comes remotely close and came across your shoes that look promising on paper but before I even think of ordering, I was wondering (assuming you are familiar with your competitors), how it compares in the following regards: 1. Toe guard (and also protection on the back/side of shoe). In particular: Five Ten Camp 4 AND Scarpa Mescalitos were AWESOME in this regard… whereas La Sportiva TX Guide = NOT ENOUGH toe guard and this shoe falls very short in protecting the toe when doing SERIOUS off trail. Where would you say your shoe falls in relation to these? 2. Traction on loose footing: this is one of the most difficult features to find a replacement: Five Ten Camp 4’s are UNBEATABLE… La Sportiva TX Guides were the CLOSEST I could come (in terms of decent tread/traction on steep loose footing). I managed a year in the Scarpa Mescalitos but they were very inferior in terms of tread depth/traction on loose footing. How does your shoe compare in this regard? 3. Feel of the shoe? Hopefully a combination of some stiff & cushion? 5-10 Camp Fours and Scarpa Mescalitos were both awesome in this regard… La Sportiva TX Guide = WAY TOO STIFF!!! How does your shoe compare in this regard? Finally, your lacing system make me nauseous… please tell me you have designed it to be compatible with being able to tie shoes the good old fashion way??? If not, then I can probably have that part doctored up. I’m mainly concerned with the other three features I’ve outlined above. From your video, looks like the shoes will be just fine in terms of stickiness, edging/smearing. Thanks!
