How does this work if I had a hayward super flo with a timer that was single speed? How do I bypass a timer to install a variable speed pump since it's illegal now to have a single speed
How to drain your pool without any equipment other than 2 garden hoses: Connect 2 hoses together. Connect one end of this double-hose line to your outside water faucet. Run the line of hoses to your pool so that the connection point of the 2 hoses is under water. Run the remainder of this line out to the street or place you want the extra water to go. Go back to your outside faucet and turn water on so that both connected hoses are filled with water and water is coming out of the end in the street. Go back to your pool and untwist the connection of hoses under water. Be sure to do this under water so no air gets in the line to disrupt the flow of water leaving the pool and traveling out to the street! Pull out the hose that is still connected to the outside faucet and still shooting water out and go back to your faucet and shut the water off there. Check the hose left in the pool and you will see the water is flowing nicely out to the street. The flow is not as fast as a pump would create, but this is an easy method to drain a pool.

I couldn’t identify which one is the main drain. After draining through the skimmer , both directions don’t seem to work. I tried for a minute each. But water is draining really slow once the skimmers are done
Very good. I just now realized the clock on my pump is way off. How do you reset the clock. Just now realized why my pumps were never coming on when I expected them.
I need to drain my pool… similar Pentair setup with Quad De and dual Intelliflows, but there is NO WASTE SPIGOT! Can I connect the hose directly to the drain on the Quad filter? I need to run it to the sewer.
My six year olds friend decided to go crazy pushing all of the buttons. So, when I went to close it up the read out had flipped towards the tub not away like I had set up. So that I could face the hot tub and control the tub. Now because the read out is facing the inside, the buttons do not match with the abilities. How can I spin the read out back out towards the outside of the hot tub?
I couldn’t help but notice, it didn’t go to 2500 rpm. What I saw was 3450 rpm. Just saying, it seems confusing. Maybe at the time of day this was recorded, it was on 3450 rpm and 2500 rpm was set to some other time of day.
We have a new pool and not familiar with the Pentair system yet. I’m not showing rpm’s….just watts and %. Do you know how to convert rpm to watts? Not finding anything on it. We want our pool to run at 2500 rpm’s during the heat of the day and the rest of the time 1800 rpm’s. Would you know how to do that?
My tube connector has four "bumps", is that ok to put into the suction plate even though there will be small pass throughs? (it's not a tight fit like we see in this video)
