@@enjoy_driving Maybe you can make longer POV when you back? I’m so love your POV style and it’s like ASMR. It make me feel so chill! If the video time can be longer that would be better to enjoy the ASMR.
Trim is a personal choice. When you have a company with 10+ vehicles, you don't care as much since it's not your personal car. I bet you drive a Maybach since you definitely don't save a cent, right?
I drive a 1 Series with Lams wool seats I put in but really hate the crappy gearbox. My Favorites are the E38 or the W140, 220, 221. And of course the original Maybachs. What bothers me on the new cars is the cheap plasticy build and the tiny turbocharged engines. The latest 5 series is a good example. Put cheap materials, giant screens and LED lighting everywhere, market it as “premium” and put a price tag of 70k on it. Or the latest S Class. That build quality of the old days where they wanted the cars to be truly luxurious and classy are gone which is just sad. Nowadays it’s gotta look fancy and thats it. But thats what these cars are. Fancy, they will never be elegant. Btw, there is a version of the S Class you drove with a diamond stitched leather dashboard. That’s truly beautiful but they don’t do that anymore. Or a C63 AMG with a 4 Cylinder and that electric shit. Starting price 84.000. Not my kind of world and Im only 25. Lol! The days where we got build quality and big engines are gone. Now we gotta save the world with the Renault Zoe…😂
@kevinm761 i agree with the plastic downgrades and giant screens but in my line of work, clients demand mercedes and i have to deliver no matter how bad they currently are.
Не, бих казал че този модел е най добрият до сега. Чувал съм от колеги който са имали проблем с разпределителният вал но при трите който съм карал до сега, само нормален редовен сервиз без никакви проблеми.
Hello, I am about changing my 5 serie m550d f10, would like the most confortable car - at least the one with the best cabin noise insulation for highway 135 km/h journey ? Any recommandation ?
Hi! From my personal experience in terms of comfort it's the e class w213 so far. The 225 55 17 tires are extremely comfortable for road imperfections and still offer good grip. The S class I'm driving in the video, for whatever reason, is louder in the cabin. Coming from a 5 series, i don't know if a mercedes would be something you'd prefer. I have yet to try the w214 but so far the 213 is their best product. I would still suggest for you to do a test drive and see what suits you best.
Hi@@enjoy_driving, Thanks for the answer ! I'll have a look on the w213 ! Pretty curious about your S class, I believed it was one of the most insulated car. Did you try the W222 ? Also considering SUV (Range rover Vogue, etc.) - and long car as S350d class, 730d etc. Thanks again for your feedbacks ;) Flo
He answered that question on Ep. 92. "Hey! It's ok but if i have to be honest, i prefer the old one. In comfort mode she doesn't feel much stable, in the vid i kept her in sport+. It's an excellent car to show off, convoys and vip escorts as i do but behind the wheel, in my personal opinion, it's not that great. Engine is a gem btw"
What a shame present-day cars are full of garish digital touscreens that willl be unusable and outdated as fads and tech move on to something completely different every few years.
There is a good reason why luxury watchmakers like IWC and Rolex have never made a digital watch. If only luxury Cars made good use of materials and got rid of digital gizmos that will be unusable and outdated when tech and fads move on to something completely different.

@@enjoy_driving Sweet. Have you by any chance driven a 7-Series or A8 with similar spec (Also dual pane windows), and can you compare the wind noise between them? I know from experience the 7 is dead silent at 150, the A8 very subdued up to 160 before it gets noisy, but the only S-Class I have driven was without dual pane windows as it is a rare option, and the wind noise was extremely noticeable at 100 already.
@@SwiftHDX it depends on the year tbh... The w213 e class for example is more silent up to 150 compared to the s class in the video. I've driven an a7 and q8 in terms of audi, the a7 was quieter but it was still newer. Haven't driven direct opponents of same year so i can't really make a statement on that
@@enjoy_driving Thanks for sharing, quite interesting to hear the W213 is quieter up to 150, which is a speed where I generally cruise at. I can imagine the A7 is also quieter than the S-Class due to its aerodynamic shape. With the W213, I've only driven one without dual pane and no air suspension. With comparable spec, do you lose a lot in terms of suspension/seat comfort compared to the W222?
@@SwiftHDX seat comfort is much personal in my opinion and i prefer the one in the e class. In terms of ride comfort, the w213 you see in my videos has normal suspension system (19 inch wheels tho which are pretty harsh) and its ok up to 130... above that speed if the road isn't well paved, she starts to bounce like a boat and it's not cool. The air suspension which is in the s class makes all the difference, always on rails.
