Hey, so I was gonna make this card for friend and I bought the templates and stuff but just realized that its for a cutting machine project. Is there a way to do this without a cutting machine? I was gonna just trace the shapes of it but in the pdf there not the same size as shown in the video
Hi, Yes projects are designed for cutting machines as advertised. This means that all the proportions are set for that purpose and a PDF or Jpg would need a redesign of the project.
I bought this a few months ago. I have not made it yet though. Someone made it and posted one she made. Gorgeous like yours. Making me want to make this soon. Thanks for this!!!! Love it!!
Of course! The Brother has a scanner that definitely make you waste less materials and also it's amazing for doing stickers. The software is much easier and intuitive. The Cricut software comes with many tools but won't work if you're not internet connected and also creates errors and bugs from time to time, it's frustrating when you're in the middle of a project. I feel like the Cricut software kinda complicates the cutting process, settings and management take way more time. Another feature I love about the Scanncut (only the DX line) is that it comes with the auto-blade that automatically calculate the material thickness and settings. This saves so much time and works very well. Although Brother is a less commercial machine than Cricut, I do feel like is more professional and reliable. Cricut is an amazing cutting machine as well, but if I had to choose one , I'd definitely go with Brother. *It's all about my experience btw so it may differ from person to person :)
I was looking for something spectacular to make for my mothers 102nd birthday. This is it !! Thank you for this wonderful video { which I play on slow speed! } Without which I would never have figured the assembly out !
I'm cutting and assembling with the video, easy to follow. I'm trying different colors. Thanks for designing a cute basket. And I had no problems with my Scan N Cut.
Hi Tracey! Sorry I'm only seeing this comment now 🥲 I'd use a 7"x7" but I'm not sure I woud put this in a envelope because of the flowers and butterfly that could get stuck (I'm not sure, I have to try) :)
Hi, thank you for your message, I've used these sizes here: 2X - 8cm x 9cm 2X - 5,5cm x 8 cm 2X - 7cm x 7cm 4X - 6,5cm x 6,5cm 4X - 4,5cm x 4,5cm I normally keep the photo frame central square and cut the pictures around it, I think it's the easier way to get the sizes to work with the photo composition :) Feel free to contact me for any other info here or here: www.lppsvg.com/contact - Giuly
Gracias. Ya lo encontré. Ya había comprado un archivo de caja de graduación y ahora quiero comprar 3 archivos más. Me harías descuento? Tienes cupones para mi? Gracias
