I'm 5'6'' It took me a VERY long time to realise why people treated me differently than everyone else. School, colleagues, etc. I always felt like my opinion didn't matter, I was always the 'butt of the joke' or just simply treated differently. I overanalysed every aspect of my life. The way I spoke, what I say, how I act, everything! Im not trying to be 'up my self', but Im honestly a very regular bloke. Im not weird, I've got friends, a life, etc. Then it hit me. I saw a video of me around me mates in a crowded rave. It was the back of me, and my height really 'stood out'. I turned around in the video, and saw it was me. I was very very easily spotted and looked 'out of place' amongst the rest. Im 100% sure the way i've been treated throughout my life is my height. I stood out like a sore thumb! And Im sure people subconsciously disregard shorter people, just because. I don't let it affect me, but it was a big wake up call. Even though I heard gaining muscles will make a short man look shorter, IDGAF
