Man, I love this musical! In A Man's Gotta Do What A Man's Gotta Do I loved the part where he was like " I stopped the van, the remote was in my hand! " Idk it just got me I think my favorite is going to have to be Slipping though, even if Everything You Ever crushed me. But like, most of these songs are my favorites sooo
My girlfriend and I rented this movie from our local store as we adore NPH. Had no idea it was a musical. Got home and watched it, mouths gaping, entranced. Once it was over we looked at each other and decided to watch it again haha. Now we know all the words and still use it for road trip car idol ♥ Fucking amazing!
I have consumed a freaking LOT of media in 32 years, and I can't recall a production that ran the entire gamut of my emotions, from silly to heartbreaking, in an hour of time. Dr. Horrible will always be pure genius.
The hilarious part? I watched this yesterday (for probably the 100th time) and started wondering if a soundtrack could be found. Lo and behold! Finally, the RU-vid algorithm finally does some good. Thanks much for this!
Why is bad horse the leader of the evil league of evil, he is just a horse. How can a horse be more menacing and evil than an evil villain like Dr Horrible?
Because he is Bad. He is not your regular run-of-the-mill horse. He is the kind of horse that will cut off head of some random guy and put it next to your pillow while you sleep. And he will do that with only hooves. Thats how Bad he is!
I'm not sure which is sadder, the fact that Penny died because of something Dr. Horrible created, or the fact that she died believing that Captain Hammer would save her.
Captain hammer technically killed her- I kinda wanna write fanfic where Dr horrible makes a reverse switch on his death ray-also why didn't he use the freeze ray while she was still alive, remove it, heal the injuries and then boom, she,s alive- Oh wait I know why and so do you-
@@sophiareetz9807 Captain Hammer is clearly the worse person, but Penny's death is more so Dr Horrible's fault legally and morally. Dr Horrible came to the public event with an untested deadly weapon with the premeditated plan to assassinate Captain Hammer. Captain Hammer was frozen and didn't see that Dr Horrible had clearly changed his mind just before he fought back. The only thing Captain Hammer did wrong in that particular situation was use excessive force (he was going to shoot Billy after he was subdued), but from his and everyone else's perspective, who knows other weapons/tricks the Doc might have even when subdued after crashing the event to kill Hammer. The weapon's potential to cause collateral damage to civilians was also Billy's fault. He made it and choose to bring it to the crowded public event.
@@abigailtoronto9156 It wouldn't have exploded and killed her if Dr Horrible hadn't made it a deadly weapon and brought it to a public events where he started a fight with it.
This reminded of me when me and my mom watched it lol I always cracked up at some of the parts I miss this movie and I love the person who plays as Dr. Horrible😊😊😊
I bought the CD, and I bought the DVD, when it first came out, which is huge, for me. How often do I love something THAT MUCH? Bad Horse cracks me up. Captain Hammer is horrible, worse than Dr. Horrible, but he's hilarious and it's all over the top, and so ridiculous how could I not love it? The Whedon Brothers. Pure genius.
