Hi Julie, re cooking chicken stock, I also use my IP but pressure cook for only 45 minutes then natural release - it so much quicker and tastes amazing.

Soy sauce and butter are a very nice combination. You can sauté broccoli, peas, carrots or other veggies in a neutral oil and add butter and soy sauce when the vegetables are almost done. You can even add a little soy sauce to buttered pasta.
Hello! Açaí is pronounced like Hawaii. In Portuguese that accent symbol ( í ) over the i makes the acute, so it is longer. That might be our (Brazilians) most known word.

There are a few provinces in Canada where we can buy milk in bags as you see here or in regular cartons like the cream. The milk that comes in a bag will always be larger quantity, you will never find just 1 L of milk in a bag, smaller sizes like that will always be in cartons..

Love the book review, have you ever read the wingfeather Saga? I did the series as a read aloud to my 9 year old and we LOVED it. It has Christian influence and is truly a great read :)

We enjoyed the Wild Robot series! I need to read it aloud because following along with audiobooks gets confusing,lol. So i feel like we missed a little bit. Love Family under the bridge. We read that one along with the worst christmas pageant ever at christmas time.
I personally think they are cheaper to print ONLY if you have an ecotank. I have friends who use instant ink for HP and they say it isnt bad to print that way.
For me, yes! Because I’m in Canada, it would cost me over $50 to ship the books, on top of the cost of the curriculum! The good and the beautiful offers their language arts pdf for free, so it saves me lots! It takes a bit of time, and I do have a very cost effective printer (Epson Ecotank).
Oh yeah! I forgot to to tell you that I found pineapple coconut sparkling water at Walmart in the Walmart brand. I wasn’t a fan though. It took me a while to figure out is was sweetened with a fake sugar . I’m used to sparkling water with no sweetener. 😭
