Ray mentions a "death binder" I use the term life binder. Start a binder with the following tabs: Action items from meetings, Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Lifestyle Plan (financial plan) business plan, Coaching insights. Hi I would like to hear some info on a single farmer who, single not married and thus no children, and wants to give farm to nieces nephews or some other child who wants to farm and not have the oppurtunity! Canada does not allow this without paying out rages amounts of tax? What ideas does FCC have. Thanks

I would like more information about a single guy retiring and wants to leave farm to nieces and nephews? Government of Canada has no tax benefits for doing this, like if I had children I could leave to them with some good tax advantages. I am writing to government of Canada to hopefully have them change the present tax act.
