The city should look at the ground under John Alfred Manor it is an Senors residence the city should take a serious look at the earth below the boiler room floor. Like rock bay it is polluted with toxic contamination like 1,2, Dibromoethane along with a host of other nasty chemicals. Stop stalling and do a test of the soil groundwater in the sump behind boiler # 1 and the sludge in the toxic sludge pitbehind boiler # 2 go and see what lays beneath the floor in the big hole.
