Welcome To The Phreak Show! We Play! We Fight! We Conquer!
Tactical, turn-based, Strategy RPGs (or just SRPGS or "Tactics" Games) are the heart and soul of the channel! However, I cover just about everything, from Indie to Triple A and all things in between.
I've been so fortunate to have amazing developers, publishers, and PR folk work with me over the years and such an amazing community that have grown with me. Sincerely, thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
We'll continue to grind and grow and celebrating gaming together!
You're doing a great job on these! Yours is the first Bard's Tale let's play that I've really enjoyed watching between going back & playing myself 😅 having played the originals in the 80s. Great to see you having fun. Well done keeping your low level characters alive in the city! Love how you use the original city map in the video. I look forward to watching more of your playlist.
Yeah, I don't figure a lot of things out until much later in the game. Some I even figure out after finishing the game. Heh! Glad you're enjoying it! I just started Might & Magic Book One too! Old school graph paper for that!
One thing that irks me, is that the range on the "radar" thingy that shows their vision, is WAY off, its as if its made by someone that doesnt know how far a meter is.
Contrary to what the very eloquently named AG-tb1lm decided to tell you. Maybe DO BUY as the "speed" of development means little and the fact that they are still working on it, and over the past 8 months have been very steadily putting out updates means a bit more. Also, it's not an abandoned game, which I think is honestly the only reason (and even then not necessarily considering everything prior to patching and pretty much every console before the PS3 and Xbox 360? was technically abandoned once it released) you may want to not buy something. If you're upset with people taking time to make their game right, well...then you should probably just not take part in early access at all, or in the case of many modern games, maybe just don't play anything for a decade or so, that way they can work out all the bugs and implement quality of life improvements. Isn't the whole mentality of people these days: "I want shorter games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less and I’m not kidding" Going with that most people also want games to take longer to release, be released in a better state, and not have the developers ever be forced to "crunch". So again, DO BUY - DEVELOPERS ARE TAKING THEIR TIME TO MAKE THE GAME RIGHT! 👍
normally they would have been treated as enemy solders with the lack of a declaration of war being a problem. however after the statement at 5:17 they should expect to be killed to the last
Technically it was from Pillar's Fireproof album, but the song was Echelon. That was the birth of Mutanat's Creamer Egg and the Rom a rom. If you know, you know. (Only Mutanat and I know!) 😁
I would assume it doesn't, but if it DOES use the same art assets, it's potentially just an asset pack sold, or available for free, to use. Never heard of Buriedbornes before, looks interesting, might check it out. :)
Keep up the content! I just started this game and found myself lost because I didn’t play the tutorial cause I assumed the campaign would involve it lol. Thanks for saving my campaign!
Played the game a bit before, il give a quick 101 on things the game does not tell you for those who want it. Btw the ractors need to run before you put them back into a mech, (keep them on) 1. All your weapons start with stats points empty, they are free upgrade points, use them in by dragging a weapon into the engi slot. 2. Ordering things takes time, start by odering all bits and bobs for a 4rth mech as is very possible you might loose 1. 3.The more upgraded a Mech is the more recources it needs to fight, dont sped all on a upgrade only to not be able to use it. 4. Hospital and Training are free, always have someone in them. 5.the Green(depending on your filter) boxes are loot 6. Down south things get very hot, stay north for the start to avoid overheating
4:50 I think most of the middle ages was more concern with keeping the peace than justice...same as today. If you remember the scene from Brave Heart, the royalty would offer to have everything forgiven if the offenders leave and never return.
The game has a lot of promise, but the tutorial is barely a tutorial. There are a lot of buttons, a lot of menus and a lot of options. All of that is fantastic in terms of raw content, but this is a game that takes hours to figure out the basics. The manual is serviceable, but only tells you about what you can do and what things are, and provides little information on the "how". Still, I respect it. It seems to be product of mostly one person, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this game.
