Reserve track is around top speed down the the straight, while managing wheel rotation and breaking through the corners. It's really important to optimize how you prepare each corner entry.
38.705 is a great lap time! My best lap I've recorded this season was 38.383, but I have a couple of buddies who've managed to set low-mid 37s, which is insane!
Goodwood used to be incredible but ever since the new owner "Dan" took over I myself quit and I've had 7 friends leave already as well. Might as well go to mosport honestly goodwoods trash now
Another driver in my race had the same issue. But I think they realized after quali. They asked for another kart but had to start from last. They're usually top of my split anyway and ended up coming in 3rd. 😅
@@NFXRACING ty! I got qualified 5th since the guy ahead of me took me out on the rain and I couldn't avoid it but I managed to finish 2nd so pretty good result overall 👍
this is awesome! I just raced these karts yesterday and they were so solid feeling. They feel so much heavier than the previous arrive and drive karts but they are so incredibly grippy and fast. I was tracking my lap times and I was consistently getting 38.5-39.8s with my fastest lap being 38.3 so they are just as fast as the previous karts when they were first brought out! Really hope you are enjoying them as much as I did yesterday!
I really enjoy these new karts! I'm definitely feeling the weight and stiffness of them but I am happy to see that they're comparable to last year's karts. I'm really looking forward to racing this year!
