I love your videos but this is the first time I’ve watched one of your guided prayers and wow! As someone who is growing in my understanding of God ( not necessarily from a Christian pov but coming from a Christian family i find is a lot of comfort in this faith and prayer) this really touched my heart. Meditation is that open door! “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise”… can’t really experience the fullness of him on this earth without mindfulness, without PAYING ATTENTION to him.
