*I was born in Belfast, grew up in county Wicklow. I moved to the U.S in 1989 and I finally got to see Maiden at the BOK in Tulsa Oklahoma, September 15th 2022 (Legacy of the beast tour). Maiden, without a doubt, THE best concert I've ever been to. And I've seen some greats in my day. They were PHENOMENAL. I hope they come through here again*
It's a great song! An instant favourite for me from their '94 album. Thank you so much for posting this! I adore Ian Astbury ❤ 😍 my Mirror 🪞my Heart ❤ my Soul 🤍 Billy hasn't lost his touch either! I couldn't make it to this festival ☹
Jesus christ the drums are awful. I know its not Nicko's fault, Steve is being ultra loyal here to Nicko letting him play - they need a new drummer. Sorry, its time to know when youve had a good run.
it sounds like the HALFORD BAND, HANDING OUT BULLETS, with the background screammin, like Invisible Shield..Then BETRAYAL, SERPENT AND THE KING, kinda do the same thing..so this is a HALFORD ALBUM...with guest stars JAMMIN on it..the vocals give it that sound.
This is the only kind of song Halford may be able to handle. He does not do it very well though. His legato is terrible. Don't go "he is 72 years old", because it doesn't make it good. Age is not an excuse. On the contrary he should know better. Retire.
You talk out of your proverbial. However good it is for a 72 y/o, his voice is really nowhere near what it was. Neither is his stage presence. The outstanding performance this tour was actually Saxon.
