There are certain people who wants to enjoy luxury life only for rich people they don't like normal people enjoy that life its jealousy so i feel Kishu too same who doesn't like poor people to enjoy their life.they like to keep the income disparity as they gain more respect when the poor person is poor forever.
Kishu worked as a sales Representative in FMCG Bit junior to me.... As a marketeer he is not exteeme personality .....After retairment from caltex he is trying to market himself .....in different different feilds ...he is not great Achiver ,or veteran This is totally working on some other Agenda .... Hey bro you addressing just one point of Kishu said, through out your video. Only about his son's personal experience which I agree with your comments. However if you fully listen to the discussion there are plenty of accurate points he brought forward which are correct. I personally believe he should not have told that fancy story about his son in media and the given personal loans in public media. However you exaggerate few facts related to foreign countries. 1. You mention 4 million LKR per month is just close and just above the minimum wage. This is totally incorrect. I will converts 4 million LKR to three currencies. it is roughly 18000 CAD, 20000 AUD and 22000 NZD per month. per week it is around 4500 CAD, 5000 AUD and 5500 NZD. In minimum wage Canada you can earn only close to 700 CAD (assuming the minimum wage is around 17 dollars and work a 40 hours week). 4500 CAD per week is 6.4 times of minimum wage. Not even double or triple. it is six times more. Aus and NZ also the same. I think you need to correct this in your next video since this is a wrong information for those who wish to come as Kishu's some information are also wrong. 2. And you mention about a Tamil guy who is your land lord who owns plenty of buildings and few restaurants. For me that is also an exceptional case like Kishu's cousins. Both are two different ends. Kishu's one is a below to average end while your example is above the average to high end. Unfortunately both of you are exaggerating the cases to different directions. And you say if he was in Sri Lanka, he would have been just a normal person. I do not think you can comment like that. To gain that much worth in Canada or any given country is not an easy task. He should have done number of sacrifices, dedications at the beginning and seems he is a business minded person, and I personally believe he would have been done that attempt even in Sri Lanka (the magnitude of the effort could have been vary depending on the country) and would have been gained a considerable worth even in Sri Lanka. This statement feels to me like underestimating that person's talents and dedications and putting everything onto the country he lives. 3.And you mention that how many people can fully construct a house without a loan in Sri Lanka. Yes true. But ask the same question from Canadians. How many people can do it in Canada. To build / buy average house in Vancouver or Toronto you need at least one million CAD cash with you. How many people can pay upfront one million. Almost all are mortgages (and lot of people find it difficult even to collect the minimum deposit). You will realize this when you buy your first home. 4.And the mortgage interest rates you mentioned are not accurate. If you go one year fixed (which is the most common in this high interest period) most banks offers interest rates close to 6.5 to 7% for mortgages. This is close to a time and half the rate you quoted in your video which makes a considerable difference in installment. Sorry not to thought to discourage or disrespect your comments, but I felt like both you and kishu exaggerate the situation a bit. Kishu ones say he got somebody n NZ who did not have 600k LKR and he helped. This can be true. 600k is close to 3000 NZd where I have met plenty of Sri Lankans in NZ who do not have that amount in their account and asking for money. These all are isolated situations and can never be generalized. The story of Kishu's cousin as well as the story of your land lord also two different ends of these countries with two different personalities which can never be generalized.
