A expert??? She's 12 if she's a day !!! What could she possibly know thats not out of a book thats probably wrong. Better to find a old guy and pick his brains
Really great video.T hat segment in which you stuck your nose in a bowl of horseradish reminded me of the the time when my mother and my brother made horseradish. She did the same thing. When my brother asked her why she did it, she, being an honest Depression- era farm girl, said the only thing she could say, "I don't know." Good answer, Mom.
I find homogenized milk is relatively congestive in the body, substantially more so than raw or non-homogenized milk. Many diseasements are caused by gunking/congestion of ones body system. Homogenized milk is a substance which promotes congestion within the body,… which contributes to diseasements. And, I also find pasteurized congestive too. As a matter of best body interity / best body health results, I'm a devotee of raw milk and raw milk products.
I’ve been driving for almost an hour to get my raw milk! It is worth every penny. The most healthy and delicious milk there is! So delicious! Prepare my kefir with it. I appreciate immensely farmers like you! Thank you!
There is actually no solid scientific evidence that pasteurized milk is better, there is only evidence to the contrary ! . In vitro and in vivo studies showed the effectiveness of probiotic administration in the prevention or in the treatment against Salmonella infection. So yeah, pasteurization is bad cuz it creates more problems by killing off good enzymes, bacteria and nutrients ! And organic nutrients are fragile things, organic stuff are naturally fragile when it comes to heat ! And beer is a hormone inhibitor ! It's typical for people who advocate for crap like pasteurizing milk to also promote beer ! There is also not evidence to show that heat-treated dairy is any healthier, it provokes tuns of bad things like allergies.
That was, hands down, one of the best videos I've EVER seen on RU-vid. Tracy, you exude humor and the outtakes were a great addition to the vid. Directions were clear and concise (between whiffs while grinding) that is. Whoever did the vid was a real pro and the entire vid was of exceptional professional quality. Once again I loved the outtakes so don't leave 'em out in future vids. I'm now going to search for some more of your recipes. Thanks for the instruction and the laughs.
