Your coach store appreciates you ….now that’s top tier customer service. I’ve been shopping online with coach mostly bc the two stores in my area, these SA’s give no incentives . They tell you when the sales are happening but I already know bc coach sends the emails. They give no exclusivity. This is why in part I miss the older generations . They knew how to keep customers.
