I always like to teach inside foot up. Helps with speed releases to the outside without having to crossing your feet up. If you switch it based on release, you could tip your cap on film.
A lot of wisdom here. Im not all the way through yet. Id recommend drawing the formations out and making a hit chart. Then you know exactly where the ball is going
Yes it could be a few different things. 1 Could be throwing arm to protect the blind side. 2 would be to the better defensive lineman and 3 can be based on gameplan. There isn't 1 specific way to do it but whichever way you feel is best that week. Hope that helps!
He can! That is always an option. You can use anything to fill that backside hash. The way we run it has always been a post sit since we are a heavy post team but a dig is definitely just as good of an option
Its a 2 sided play. The QB should really only look at one side or the other. The back pulls the LB out of the window for the curl and its an easy 8 yard completion.
Depends on what level you're looking to coach. You can start as a student assistant at a high school or college. Then you can work your way up from there.
Hey I'm 14 and I consider Football Coaching/Analytics/Scheming my life goal, I would look at the instate D1 College and apply for a major in sports management and a minor in sports coaching, or vice versa they are interchangeable but that's how my university of choice does it, I would look into interning on the coaching staff for all 4 years of college, then just look for D1 schools looking for assistant coaches around the nation and interview, interview, interview., then start the natural progress of promotion and in 20 years you'll be a coordinator in D1 schools or even nfl if lucky.
