It's ridiculously funny when people act totally out of their true character. This man likes really crappy rap, and acts like he's gangster. He says he got it with his own money, but guaranteed he doesn't pay any rent and still lives with his parents. It's definitely a trend ya'll are doing to try to relate with each other. It is extremely immature and crazy how people follow just like sheep, blindly like they tryin to impress. Lol
That was a super great video! My daughter Has a 2011 infinity G37S. Anyways,I decided to give her a new car for Christmas so instead of trying to sell hers. I thought I would just keep it. And maybe do some stuff to it to tune it up So watching your video was really cool and I'm gonna subscribe. I hope you keep putting good post up so I know what I can do with this car after we inherit It🙂
yessir the engine is actually toast main reason I have not uploaded. new engine in January, and more to come i plan to wrap it myself. Oh, and new video dropping @ 3 today. I have custom headlights I haven't uploaded main reason because the car is sitting right now undrivable. make sure your gallery gaskets are changed to metal ones do research as there's more to it. and change water pump as well as thermostat. and please buy a oil pressure gauge. itll save you. once its already dropped from failing gaskets its almost too late.
Nice as g bro I got a 2009 g37 journey the gallery gaskets were done at dealership I got mine pricey with high mileage but it was mint condition now my bumper falling off since I installed takes i broke the retainer clips mine is looking like yours
lol i plan on getting ipl bumper feb maybe. but engine was sold to me as toast and i realized too late. so new engine coming in JAN main reason i have not uploaded. i plan to wrap it though after i get fixing out the way. how much were you charged.
Definitely don't keep it that low if it's a daily trust me my g35 coupe was slammed and a daily and i would get stuck everywhere got grown up height now lol. I'd say wrap it and keep up with the maintenance and congrats.
say bro enjoy that mug! was my first car as well all im gonna say is, the VQ community can be a lil dangerous sometimes, if u gonna plan on doing anything just stay safe! subscribing and hoping I can see the journey.
Lol I mean it’s a gas guzzler to be honest but it depends on how you drive it if you gas it it’ll run out quick af but driving it like a normal car the gas will last longer but not as long as a “normal car”
Excited to see what’s to come! I highly recommend getting that gally gasket issue fixed but on top of that maintenance is key and should be put first before any aesthetic or performance mods. The car was obviously neglected so I’d recommend checking/changing fluids such as oil, trans, brake, rear diff, and power steering fluids for peace of mind. Another tip is getting your tires balanced and rotated every oil change. I also recommend checking/replacing the intake air filters, and serpentine belt. Throttle bodies and O2 sensors can be cleaned but might need to be replaced depending on condition. I ran into misfiring issues in my car and a valve cover gasket leak that was leaking oil into the spark plugs around 120k miles. Here I replaced the valve+plenum gaskets, spark plugs, fuel injectors, and ignition coils and it solved the problem. Check all the suspension components for any cracks or unusual dents and replace as necessary. The rear diff bushing tends to leak after some wear and tear so I recommend checking that out. I see your dashboard is in good condition so I’d recommend using 303 protectant to help it against those UV rays and better yet always use a window cover when parked out in the straight up sun these dashes are notorious for cracking. Use zip ties to help get that front bumper fitment a bit cleaner those areas around the headlights have holes you can use to zip tie it to the front fender piece or frame where the radiator cover is so that bumper piece stays in place. This car has a huge platform g37forums, youtube, and reddit provide immense info and assistance post any issues there and you’ll receive feedback almost immediately just try and look first because chances are your problem already has an answer. A lot of this maintenance you’ll be able to do yourself if you’ve got the time and tools and most importantly patience. Always try and use oem components when it comes to maintenance don’t cheap out and get off brand garbage. Sucks that the seller didn’t disclose those problems you’re dealing with but you’re here now don’t get discouraged this is a great first car. Hope to see you progress on this G journey. Good luck and stay safe.
Yessirrr congrats brother I’m sure you’re very proud of it!! I bought mine at 18 and I was the happiest kid ever. Welcome to the vq community 🤘🏻 (btw this is the first ever time I comment on RU-vid lmao)
whats wrong with those front brake rotors it looks so small i dont think thats the correct rotors for g37s get them fixed asap its dangerous to drive with those rotors
A small but possibly life saving tip is raise the car a bit if possible. I purchased a G35 off my friend. It was slammed like yours. I ended up selling it the other homie to get a 2013 G37. The front right tire blew out. There was wires hanging out from the damaged tire because it was too low. Lift it at least half an inch. It can also mess up the alignment and require a constant alignment because its so low. Once again congrats bro.
