And no exercise. I went down to 8 stone. Lost 2 half stone. It is so easy to do. Just follow a Plant Based Diet. But check out Dr Michael Greger's nutrition check list to make sure you get all the plants you need. I am not a Vegan. My other half eats meat. Our daughter is a veggie. But wants to go more Plant based because she has Asthma and wants to be healthy like me. Since Covid struck I have not been so good with my healthy eating. But still Asthma free thanks to my healthy breakfast and wild herbs this Country walls WEEDS. But I am growing my own organic food and determined to get back on the wagon. Aw good Ol' Hemsby and Yarmouth. I went on the seal boat ride in Yarmouth for the first time a year ago and it was so good!. You get fairly close to the seals. They're so cute.
