This is a great video. You did a wonderful job in taking these new changes that can be complicated to understand and made them much easier to comprehend.
The NAR website references that "Written agreements are required for both in-person and 'LIVE' virtual home tours". I interpret "LIVE" to mean buyers will still be able to just view home photos online without an agreement. Is this correct? Thank you for your vlogs.
@@LifePinkorporated yes that is absolutely correct. You can still view all the photos and virtual tours that are posted online. When I work with out of town buyers I often FaceTime my buyers and show them the home that would require an agreement. We do also have a showing agreement - like a showing agreement that would allow me to take a buyer into a home and show them one home. Did this answer your question?
Thanks for the feedback greatly appriciated. I am posting a video on all about 30A next week would love your thoughts. Personally - i do feel our beaches and sand is different.
You do a great job on Walton county and usually no bs , love it , after much thought on this area searching for a home I think it’s overrated, I think it’s mostly Alabama, Arkansas,Georgia etc people who buy mostly in this area, I mean Clearwater beach and so many other places have the same similar sand and ocean water that’s just as nice without the overpriced houses and no damp cold winters and hodgepodge of architecture, just saying but you’re videos are excellent thank you

Have you seen Morris and Campbell Coastal Dune Lakes? Walton County has 15 coastal dune lakes, with these two in Topsail. These rare lakes are found only in Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon, and here in Walton County.
That glossed over everything important about the impending housing collapse. It's difficult to tell if this woman knows nothing is truly evil and wants people to bankrupt themselves by purchasing in a massively overpriced bubble market.
@@30atodestin we stayed at Seacrest near Rosemary. Rosemary was pretty and nice, but we found seaside and watercolor to be a bit more lively. Alys while pretty, kind of seemed like a ghost town
@@Keepinitreal55 - They sure are all have different vibes. When did you visit the last time? Alys has changed with all the new shops and restaurants and additional new homes.
Honestly, you will find roaches but not as often as in hotter climates like South Florida. I personally don’t have a problem in my house, but I have seen them in listings and homes that are vacant in terms of evacuation, you need to evacuate because we are literally on an island so you need to go over the 331 bridge and then you go opposite of where the storm comes from.
@@deannaleechristian4303 - we do have very hot summers but our fall and winters are more seasonal than South Florida. We have a few days where it goes below freezing but hardly ever do we have snow. Our summers however are very hot.

@@30atodestinthank you, no, we did not know that. We stay at our place over the winter so we have no issues getting access to the beaches, especially in Dune Allen. We love all of 30A but our favorite area is from Topsail Hill to Grayton Beach. It’s easy to live on the west end…..we enjoy the Old Florida feel of Dune Allen……
