This game is full of bugs. it feels like a big cash grab, the policing is very blend, repetitive and boring stuff over and over again which is sad, cuz it has great potential
Realistically? Yeah, I imagine it's required to be using red lights and sirens long in advance to crossing a intersection? But in the game mechancis? No idea why it could have flagged this as your fault. Maybe your sirens were turned on too close to the crash?
Maybe... but they ran a red light... If you watch, my light is green! I actually wanted to give a ticket for that, but my only option was to apologise!
it's a great start mate, you're still dropping and planning for the future. Think how you'll be in the new year if you keep tracking as you are. Stepping it up slowly and maintaining the changes will make you golden
"Happy wednesday" - It certainly was for me after getting out of the office lol Great update and good to take breaks. Over exertion and forcing it is what I found to break my efforts at first. Keep at it, you got this dude.
Excellent vlog dude, really good format for keeping yourself on point. With the things like scheduling mess ups best thing I find is to invest in stuff like nuts, dried fruits, and fruits that last in the open (e.g Apples or Oranges) as a way to top yourself up without plonking for chocolate or crisps. If you have a microwave try buying some porridge oats and keeping them in your locker, no idea if you've got a fridge or not, but one pint will do two or three portions easy so worth looking at if there. Above all else set goals and stick to them, that's the key :) Also about FFVII,, there'll be that many live streams we can both enter the mako pool and see what materia we forge :)
not surprised your fat went up, when you aren't eating properly and exercising it off, your body stores more energy as fat. It is why they recommend 2000 - 2200 calories a day on average with good exercise. And please, cut out the hot chocolates!! It is a very hard habit to break but that will make a ridiculous difference overtime, trust me :)
It was part of the original plan (and some of the original videos) but the big problem is sitting infront of a computer and editing it together. Maybe on the next walk we do together I can show you what I mean...
Top tips that worked for me 1) Apples, British or Gala being tastiest and naturally low in fat 2) Dried raisins and dates are a superb substitute for anything like chocolate and crisps 3) With food eat slowly, no matter what it is, try and take between 12 and 20 minutes to eat 4) Eat off smaller plates 5) no matter what you eat go for a walk afterwards 6) weigh after one week, if you weigh in more you'll start beating yourself up for either no gains or a bit going back on 7) try and do some basic home exercises such as sit ups or squats 8) for take away drop down to single options and not doubles 9) if you want sweet snacks buy 'Go Ahead apple slices' they are only 55 calories each slice 10) Keep the faith, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is your body. 11) convert your weigh in to Kilos and set yourself a small target each week between 0.5 and 2 kilos. That way you'll see your progress much clearer
Wow! Struggled to read that one! When we next meet up, I must show you the wonders of the enter key... I think the following are temporarily answered by "fussy eater" but will be looked at going forward. 1), 2), 9) 3) Trying that, though it is hard to take so long eating! 4) But I have such nice plates ;). But in seriousness this again is something I would like to do. 5) Good advise 6) I have a couple of programs running, one that requires me to weigh in daily for body fat, though I do try to avoid looking at the general weight. 7) Again, will look into 8) I read that and thought "why didn't I think of that". Genuinely good advise. So I normally get a double burger, get a single. McDs I normally get 5 Chicken Selects, but could just get 3. Medium instead of large would fit there too! 10) That's what you guys are for! 11) I kinda like st & lbs. Kilos just never jelled with me. But I could try doing both... I'll look into it.
So I'm trying to keep an eye on other formulas and see F1 2016 and this one I had to post. If the FIA don't ban this driver then I'm disgusted. That is some of the most dangerous driving I've ever seen and this kind of disgraceful driving is unacceptable. (if you guys don't get it, search "Hamilton Formula E" on google.)
Congrats on the goal dude, the chapter width is similar to the writing used by Peter James who has what I think is the record low for a chapter... 150 words! But it is awesome you are seeking some motivation but you're right to have skepticism, remember, all advice is down to interpretation. If you want live streaming go to youtube's own options and go to 'live streaming' there should be a way to encode your Imac camera.
Hey Chris! Just found your channel. Good job on the 1.5 pound loss during prep week! Subscribed and looking forward to see your amazing progress! My cousin and I are also on our weight loss journeys on youtube. Check out our channel and subscribe! :) We can do this together. -Alex
Great Vlog, I liked and enjoyed your content Keep It Up! Feel free to check out my channel I create Vlogs too and think you would find my channel interesting so i'd really appreciate your feedback :)
+Gaming guys luckily I did have a flashback and it was used then. But since then my ps4 decided to break and I've had to initialise it again so lost all my progress. I have now put the AI difficulty up to expert (was on Hard in this clip) and I'm in a lower position on my latest attempt though still in the points!
+James Tipling each to their own view. I see the replay of Nico turning his wheel to the right just before the accident personally... Though would be interesting to hear others views.
