This gig might be remembered as one of their legendary performances in the future. Thank you for capturing and sharing such a precious video. When Asami came in, seeing the courteous, elderly Wolfs greet her with gentle smiles and warm applause brought tears to my eyes.
English text is also below. Lovebites starting their show with Awakening and then The Hammer of Wrath, at the New Cross Inn. I have ten more songs that i will upload from this show when i get time to. Please be aware that this is recorded via a cheap 4-year-old phone, so the picture isn't great, but the audio quality is decent considering I was in front of a speaker, which at times completely overpowered Asami, Midori, and Fami. Due to watching the show, I didn't check the camera angle much, and because my phone doesn't have stabilisation, it's very shaky at times. I did use video editing software to try and fix it, but it hasn't helped much. What you see and hear in this recording doesn't do justice to the band, which produces only high-quality content. 翻訳:グーグル 以下のリンクからLovebitesの公式サイトにアクセスし、購読、グッズの購入、バンドへのサポートを。 Please support the band by visiting, subscribing, and purchasing merchandise from official Lovebites websites in the links below. I arrived at the New Cross Inn about 3:15 p.m. The door opening time for non-VIPs was 6 p.m.; VIPs entered at 5:30 p.m. Lovebites were supposed to start their show at 7 p.m. according to the original tickets, but about 2 weeks before the gig, emails were sent out letting everyone know the start time had changed to 8 p.m. I arrived to their other London show at The Garage about 2 p.m. The doors were set to open at 7 p.m. (6:30 p.m. for VIPs), with a show start time of 8 p.m. Bare in mine that there were approximately 50 people each show who bought VIP tickets, so they got front row as they entered 30 minutes earlier, but because I was so early, there were less than 10 other normal ticket holders in queue ahead of me each time, so I still managed to get up front, but only just.
Just can't stop admiring Haruna's drumming. She's a machine - a very beautiful one! Group looks better without the costumes. Btw is it just me, or is Miyako's guitar a bit our of tune? The very first drop-D sounds sound bit weird - could be normal considering it's just a soundcheck with probably new strings still stretchin... Anyway nice vid, cool to see them so close and with normal clothes. I think I'm in love with Haruna 😁🫶
Not sure about the tuning as I'm not a musician, but that reminded me about later in the actual show, which I clicked to start but completely failed to record. During the start of last two encore songs, her High E? string (Bottom one) snapped. She quickly pulled it away and started retuning the other strings while still playing using her left hand ✋
Apart from a small amount of dialogue and fiddling with their laptops, what I've uploaded so far is all of the 'soundcheck/setup' they did before the show. They did setup work before anyone was allowed in, but I doubt anybody got any recordings of that through the windows, and if they did, the traffic noise would ruin the audio. There maybe is something from the VIP early entry people; I just wasn't one of those. I do have all but the last two songs from the gig (i failed to press record for the encore); I just haven't gotten around to editing them. They definitely need work as they are very shaky videos, as I was bopping along and not paying much attention to the recording angles.

Consequently, I only took the occasional glance to see if things stayed in frame. Also, my phone's camera doesn't have image stabilisation, so as a newbie, I have edited the video to try and reduce the shakiness and smearing of textures. It hasn't helped a lot, but it has made the image quality a little clearer and more bearable, I think.
They're too good for a female band, way too good. Let's change it, the GODDESS band. If someone that never heard about them, people will recognise this band was all female band.

They still have tickets available for Monday 1st July at The Garage in London, on Holloway road, at 7pm. It's less than a minute walk from the Highbury & Islington station. You can get tickets via the links on Lovebites website @ lovebites.jp/shows/ Or the venues website directly @ thegarage.london/gigs/lovebites
I've not been there before, but I did have a look at the place in videos and photos online. It seems to be rated quite well, with decent audio and lighting for its size. It seems the stage is still small but not as cramped as the New Cross Inn. I will find out with my own eyes later today if that's true :)
@@_Ziyi i just arrived home from it. Wow,excellent. Asami's voice just never ceases to amaze me,even live. Miyako, well she's my fav and probably the one that keeps the band in shape. love her to bits. They were all amazing tonight. Must get shut eye now. Cheers!
@@MadMike1963 I'm happy you found my recording of the New Cross Inn gig, and that ended up helping you avoid missing tonights performance. Where abouts did you stand in the audience? I managed to end up front to the very right side again, but with a bit better viewing angle than in this video.
There is more to putting on a show than some really know. Thanks for sharing the realities of what is needed to make beautiful memories for all involved and for your hard work and dedication for many years. Arigato gozaimasu. 👍😃🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Well, sounds great even for being recorded by the most awful recording device ever a.k.a. a phone, but thank you for the video!, this kind of videos are so much fun to watch, makes you feel like you are right there!. Side note: The drummer is such a badass metronome, great musicians and great band, will search for more music from them !!!!
Even though it's called a world tour, if it's not in Japan, the reality is so much worse. They only rent these live houses. Proof that they are seen as completely amateur level. ワールドツアーと言っても、日本じゃないと、現実はこんなに酷い ライブハウスしか貸してもらえないんだな 完全にアマチュアレベルと見られている証拠
