I like that you explained how to try and solve the problem by using context clues. I didn't have a clue what additive inverse was, but context clues told me it was either B or D for an answer.

I've never had an instructor tell me to "chunk" the expression into parts based on PEMDAS. My instincts would tell me to start with the parentheses and work through PEMDAS from there.

Changing the fractions into percents was a different strategy for me, but can make it easier to solve!
