I used a 1:16 ratio, using 2000 ml of water and 12.5 grams of coffee. However, my coffee turned out quite sour. How do you interpret this situation? What do you recommend?"

That’s not a professional vacuum!! It wouldn’t stand up to the rigorous environment that a good quality vacuum like a SEBO or Numatic Henry can do but the Dyson does have some clever tech to consider when buying. But it is expensive for what it is.
It really is man, This is not the first vacuum I got. I have all the xiaomi and dyson... Trust me for the money you spend this is a very well build vacuum.
