My experience was bananas. I ordered one item. The seller never shipped it. Curtsy auto-cancelled it. I messaged seller. She said she needed more time. I then ordered the same item. Again she never shipped it. I cancelled it because the seller would not reply to my message about why the item wasn’t being shipped. It was absolutely a waste of time. And very disappointing as the item I ordered can’t be found anywhere else. 😢Guh.
Whatnot does not provide or have shipping supplies for sale. I purchase all of mine from Amazon. You will need to print your own shipping labels from Whatnot.
You can do a show entirely from your smartphone, but I think you may still need a computer for shipping. I use my phone for recording and my laptop to start auctions and to ship.
Hi i have my tineco pure one s11 and it works great and still going it is now 4 years old. Only thing what just broke is button yesyerday from the tube my wife broke it. I had one brush where the leds not working and they sent me new replacement brush head. I can not complzint abouth it was 399 euro . Still working now
i bought mine maybe 2 years ago. it spits out some gravelly type stuff. i think because i was living near where there is construction? and it comes in via my feet. vinyl floors. its still doing it at the new place i loved to a year ago. same flooring. seems to not when i am vacuuming my mats. they are not carpetting but recycled plastic mats. i havent tried straight vacuuming the couch of the pet hair as i dont want to use a head that is dirty from the floor. i do dust my heads but i need to wipe them off before i use them on a couch. i have a cat and black couches so yeah the hair shows. because i was going through a lot prior to the move and this is my first stick vac i didnt have the time to ask tineco for advice or a refund. i got mine via amazon i think. didnt have the energy to contact them either. i have had other appliances tho that i had the experience you had like vitamix. they kept sending me new jugs instead of just fixing it. anyway it finally fell out of warranty so cant do more on that. i am unsure how much warranty i have on the vac
@@TheCozyShire oh how do i get to the review video? yes but thereare 2 heads in the box i got. there was the big one for the floor and the smaller one for i dont know what. i cant find the manual. thanks
@@housingshame2601 Here is the review video. As for which head, the smaller head is typically used for smaller areas like stairs. REVIEW - TINECO A11 PET CORDLESS VACUUM CLEANER | NOT SPONSORED ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5k-V2po2KL0.html
Perfect video. I feel like it’s hard for me to relate to other moms because they just have so much stuff & im so so basic. It was nice watching this & feeling like I’m not a monster for not packing everything in the nursery 😂💕
i did the same thing , eventually you will have to pay for the store or your sales will come to a screeching halt. The eBay algorithm favors listing everyday and will give you the same ratio of items listed , items sold. Unless your in a very specific Niche like high end watches or purses, as an example. Personally i would like to get my listings up to around 500 items with 5 sold per day at a 20.00 net profit per sale. Sell through rate is the big factor , with an average of 80 % sell through on all inventory i think this is not an easy goal but one that is achievable. Of course these numbers can be moved around with higher sell through ratio and such and everyone has different goals. It may turn out that we hit a windfall of fast sell through high profit items as i have seen seller stores that list 20 items that sell for many thousands of dollars. I know first hand raising a child is not easy but i think you could easily handle listing five a day or even three a day, as you seem to be good at sourcing. Thanks for sharing ! The store subscription will provide some free tape or boxes at the end of each quarter if that helps you justify the expense and its also another business cost that may help a little with tax filings.
Thanks for your view! I just did an update video and so far listing more items is simply not something I can do. I do think consistency is the key though so I will keep up with that. Perhaps if I get to 300 listings I will reconsider a subscription.
I bought mine yesterday at target , I charged it all night but today I use it for less than 2 min in max and was having the same issue ….I wish I saw this review before I bought it. I’m returning it today.
Thanks for your video. Do you think it’s better to preload items into your store on Whatnot instead of just doing random pulls? Also, do they stay in your shop until they sell or is it a limited time?
Hi! Yes I think it is better to preload items. I have had better luck that way. Not everyone can hang around or wants to wait around in a show of random pulls. I think those types of shows are more effective when there is a large following or super low prices. I don’t know exactly how long the items “stay” in your shop but I have had items go inactive there before. However I’m not familiar with when that happens, but making them active again was really easy. They didn’t completely disappear off the platform.
Hi, I just came across your channel and I love the information. ..new sub! Q: where do you get the inventory bags from? Sorry if I am repeating a question you already addressed. Thank you!
Excellent video! I'm looking to start reselling so doing a lot of research. I'm a very organized and detailed person but was unsure of how to create an inventory spreadsheet that would capture everything needed in a way that worked for me. The way you set yours up is exactly how my brain works so I will definitely be setting it up like you have. Thanks for the detailed explanation! Question: When you started out, which platform did you start with?
@@s.sleeps8128 not specifically, but I have a video that is a shipping materials restock and I talk about it a little there. In general on poshmark, you can use anything that says Priority Mail EXCEPT Express boxes. You can get them for free on the USPS website.
Hi! Great question! I don’t keep track and it can vary greatly depending on the tasks I’m doing (for example, I’m not sourcing at all right now). Currently I’d say I’m spending around 30-45 minutes a day listing, relisting, and sending offers. I take pictures one day a week for maybe 3 hours. Packaging any sales takes 5-10 minutes per item on average. I hope this answers your question!
Yah it definitely did, I am a full time student with a part time position as well and wanted to start reselling but wanted to makes sure I had enough time for school and work
@@antoniodefelice2614 that’s the nice thing about reselling. You can do it as much or as little as you want! I’ve put more time into it in the past but with 3 little kids at home, I’m already tapped on time.
Hi! Thanks for watching! You really would just type the information in as I showed it in the video. Is there something specific you need more assistance with? Feel free to send me a message on IG or FB and I can try to help!
This... This video is the one I've been looking for, THANK YOU! I've seen videos that show you how to use Excel and Google sheets but I had no idea how to set up a sheet for my specific store. This was the BEST video I've seen that actually SHOWS examples of what my page could look like, you have just made my night, thank you so much
HI! New to your channel and new to Ebay. I don't know where to start with shipping, it confuses me! Can you do a video explaining step by step how you set up shipping on Ebay? Do you add more into your shipping price to cover your time (packaging the item, etc..)? Thank you!!
Hi! Welcome! It may be a while until I get around to a shipping video, but please feel free to send me a message on Instagram or Facebook and I’ll try to help you as best as I can! Also, no. I do not add more to shipping to cover my time. Shipping (for clothing) is very quick and simple, and shipping costs are high enough as it is. Typically if you feel the need to be compensated more for additional packing materials (like bubble wrap for breakables) you would add that cost into your list price.
My parents are downsizing and have given me some collectable pieces that I'm going to list on eBay and Facebook for them. I've never sold on eBay or paid to ship something to someone. How do you usually go about determining a listing price (for items you were given/haven't bought to resell), without knowing where the items will ship (i.e. without knowing the maximum price you might pay to ship it for the buyer) ??
As far as shipping goes, I always do calculated shipping which means the buyer will pay shipping based off the weight of the item and their location. To determine the list prices, you’ll want to search for your item on eBay and then filter it by “sold” listings to see what people have paid for similar items.
Can you tell me where you got those bins behind you from and how you’ve sorted them by letters? Or is there a video for that? I’d love to see a video of that but please let me know where you got them and the size. Thank you
@@EO-cd2yf I will make a video in the future but these are just 18 gallon totes from Walmart. If I could redo it I would get clear bins so I could see how full they are. The letters are mailbox stickers from Lowe’s.
Mine did, yes! I highly recommend getting ultrasounds all the way up until your c-section date. If I hadn’t gotten the ultrasound at 36 weeks, they would have given me an unneeded c-section. Best of luck to you!
Maybe. This works well for me. It’s free and I can access it easily on my phone or anywhere else I go. I’m not familiar with quickbooks but if it works for you, great!
Excellent tutorial, clear concise and to the point. I appreciated how you explained each part, where what and why. I've been lost for years trying to figure out a way to do inventory of all my personal items wanting to sell. This has given me a lot more confidence to begin and take stock of what i have and organise it ready to sell. Do you label your goods with the sku numbers directly? how do you go about doing so? A sticker or label? or writing on the bag itself? Any tips of how to label the goods themselves so there isn't mix ups later? Thanks again, this was great, I followed along and recreated the sheets. Appreciate your help!
Hi! I’m so glad it was helpful! I use a sharpie and write the SKU number directly on the bag. When I go to ship the item, I put my thank you sticker over it so the buyer doesn’t need to see it (just a personal preference). I plan to make a video in the future going through all of this!
Hi. I just found this site and have watched your video describing the worksheet you use to keep track of your sales and inventory. That looks like quite a worksheet. I have given you a 'thumbs up' for your work in creating this great video. Also, I am your 520 subscriber. YAHOO!!! :)
Helpful video, I am not savy with excel. How do I carry over my inventory page and make a break in it for the sold page? How can I keep the same information for both without effecting each seperate page? I am not sure the right way to do this.
So what I did was to create another sheet within the same document. This is at the bottom of your current sheet. Then I highlight and copy just the headings I need from the inventory sheet over to the sold sheet. When an item sells, I highlight and copy the information I’m keeping from one sheet to the sold sheet. Then I delete it out of the inventory sheet. As long as you just copy instead of cut, you shouldn’t lose any information prematurely.
@@stevekruse4281 if you’re talking about the break on the sold sheet between the “weight” and “sold date” columns, it’s just a border. Not a true page break. I do most things from my phone but there should be a format cell button somewhere and you can change the border that way.
I enjoyed your video, I just started on ebay and most videos out there seem to have their own stores and use the ebay seller hub. I was happy to see you were able to sell for years without the memberships.@@TheCozyShire
So glad I came upon this video. I have been on and off Ebay for over 20 yrs and just got back to it last year. I sold under the reporting level last year, but hope to go over this year. This spreadsheet will definitely keep me in line as I'm 72 and not a math guru! Thanks again!
Smartpost of FedEx is a bull shit. I'm waiting over 2 month and at today the package is waiting for someone in USPS for pick up for me. Simply bad, bad service. The worst!!!
Hey friend! Sorry things have been rough... hang in there! The same thing happened with us with cvid, parents got super sick and the kids were down for a day at most. I'm glad for it but wish I had that youthful resistance! And then I got a sinus infection after... oi! I hope you find some relief and comfort soon!
