Step into the fascinating world of 19th century craftsmanship, where artistry and ingenuity collide.
Join me on a journey through time as I honor my grandfather's legacy as a master craftsman and woodworker. His passion for his craft was unrivaled, and he taught me that success lies in the art of using your hands and thinking creatively.
Through this channel, I hope to capture the essence of his spirit and share it with the world. I'm excited to showcase the skills, knowledge, and patience that go into creating and restoring beautiful items.
Be sure to subscribe! Don't miss out on the magic of 19th century craftsmanship. Thanks, Boris

Like all of your videos, this was brilliant. Very satisfying and interesting. That little drill press is one of the most fascinating tools I've ever seen. Enestående, min venn.
Really good work to revive the vice, turned out really well, and a really useful tool to add to your growing tool collection, it will be. Avery useful tool to have, great video as well, I enjoy and look forward to your videos and you never let the viewers down and such a great contrast to the first ones you made, amazing what a difference experience and self confidence make
Have very same eng. vise in my shop. Came with the leather base. Spindle tolerance to hole excessive, so it got lathe attention and was fitted up with roller and thrust bearings. Smooth as glass rotation. I admire your work, sir, nice to see your vids. From Old G Smith.
It's been a while since I last saw something that I had absolutely no idea how to use or what it was for, this device is 100% alien to me lol, great video!
Not only did I enjoy the restoration, I picked up a couple of ideas from the leather work also. Thanks for the video, appreciate your effort you put into getting it posted. Stay well young man.
Здорово!!! Интересные тиски первый раз такие вижу , какого года выпуска ? А тебе Борис успехов в работе по рестоврации старых инструментов надеюсь у тебя ещё есть старые инструменты под рестоврацию
An interesting tool and one which I've never seen before. I always enjoy your videos where you breathe new life into an old tool. I'm sure that you'll find it very useful in your workshop Boris. Thank you for the upload.
really good job, much better than i could have ever done. I had an interesting thought watching you make the bag base. I dont know how they do it but seems if an asian person made that bag, every stitch would be perfectly symmetrical as well as a perfect circle with no trimming afterwards. You did a great job as i said i have no idea how they take that craft to the next level.
👍👌👏 Very well done again and as always (video and work). I absolutely enjoy your no talking videos. 2) I didn't know that such a vice is existing. Very useful tool and nice to have. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and health in particular.
Saw one of those on a shelf in the factory where I worked. I used the newer style. Our pins had flats for holding although we could quickly make whatever style we wanted. I like the sand, ours used lead shot.
Hello, a very interesting engraving tool. I admire you because you perform repairs using various devices from an earlier era. I think it's the beginning of the 19th century? This is how this work used to be done. Congratulations and best regards 💖👋😀.
alltids fantastisk å se deg i arbed. du har litt av et verksted! takk for at du lager slike antastiske videoer av restaureringen av slike fine gjenstander.

Dokładnie tydzień temu na giełdzie staroci kupiłem taki sam nożyk w komplecie z maszynką do cięcia pasów. Chciałbym zapytać z którego roku jest ten nóż? Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
Hello. Great editing and background. Before I could light the match, I removed something important. It's not a cap; if you look closely, you'll see a small hole the size of the tip of a needle. Gas gushes out of the hole, making it a perfect burner.
