Agreed, Vitamix ROCKS! Way to go on making your own milk. I am getting into making my own everything lately.... eating all local fresh ingredients too. Trying not to shop at a store if I can help it
5:00 when I dip you dip we dip... Great vid! I just bought a very similar product, and you're giving floor exercises that I hadn't thought of and which weren't included in the guide to its use. But you don't actually need guns when you're prominently displaying a Texas temp tat...ain't nobody gonna mess with that. ;)
I like the idea of adding honey and cinnamon to the butter! I have only made peanut/cashew butter (50% each) in the past, but have never added oil to it. Is there a reason why you added the oil? I find the butter smooth without any additives. Today I just made peanut butter with salted peanuts. I used salted peanuts, but I think next time I will add a little more salt for taste.....and maybe honey! The only thing I don't like about making butters is the clean up. The cleaning cycle only does so much cleaning that I have to clean by hand in addition to the cleaning cycle. But it's worth it!
my favorite gluten free dry cereal is honey nut cheerios - not to sweet and taste great my favorite oatmeal is quaker oatmeal maple and brown sugar gluten free
