If you stand at the spot and the horse has died then save leave the game/come back could you spawn in a live horse? I read something that the horse is alive between the 6:45 and 7am window a lot of times and the NPC just walks away and you have to hurry and feed horse before it dies?
It will work 100%. Just follow the steps I showed in the video: stand where I stood and follow each step. I did it a month ago, and RDR2 hasn't had any patch updates since then.
I've seen two women with dead horses, one wants a ride to emerald farm, which I did before I knew about the MFT, the other one I've seen near caliga hall. The woman near caliga hall spawned right in front of me when I was doing a speed challenge and I lost honour when she yelled after me and I sped past her... Are my chances for the pinto gone?

This is definitely still working as of 6 Sep 2024. the trick to this is to make sure there are no witness and killing everyone who is along the way, as once there is a witness the quest will be gone. If there is witness just kill them and go back to the 3rd post to camp again. Also be sure that you are on a horse at the 3rd post as shown in the video. Make sure the shots are all one hit kill. My in-game time for the spawn is around 11am. Thank you for the help😂😂😂👍👍👍
I just head to blackwater at chapter 2 and wait for a MFT to spawn from a random law encounter. Sometimes 2 spawn in. There's Andalusians, Arabians, Ardennes, Hungarian halfbreds, Dutch warmbloods, and a few others
