Hi, I'm a subscriber to the channel (youtube), congratulations on the excellent material. I am a former university professor teaching sports training and volleyball. Former fitness coach of national league teams. Today, I have a channel that talks about non-profit volleyball and would like permission to use parts of your videos in around 10 to 30 seconds. when using it I will quote the source, indicate the channel and put the link in the description. Thank you await return.
wouldn't benefit in this exercise at all, might be confusing the poliquin with the patrick step-up, which if your foot is turned out as you said, it helps keep balance
Salut, ce sont des arrachés debout, pas puissance. Les Anglophones appellent ça Power Snatch d’où l’erreur de titre un arraché en puissance est un arraché on l'on ne fais pas de saut.

Training drills does have an impact on the quality of playing, yes but you've only see a few clips of our training within 4 minutes. You clearly not a true fan of volleyball to appreciate the things we do here in Canada for our athletes with little support national wise. First week of World League we upset the world's powerhouse Brazil as well as a very strong team, Finland.
Me too! In a short period of time, I gained 5" higher. It has helped me so much that even other players have noticed the difference. The program is an excellent tool for people who are wanting to reach their vert potential. Anyway, you got the name of the site mispelled. That should be: JumpHigher.info
Practice, practice, practice...I was 5'6" and could jump both feet over anything i could see, which is equivalent to this vid. I could get well over 6 feet going back over the bar off one foot. You need to be conditioned, have good technique and be predispositioned for this sort of thing. As a fat(ish) unconditioned guy I still have a standing vertical leap of 26 inches and could back over myself, so technique and predisposition are very important
If you have the necessary strength background it won't hurt at all since all you're doing is adding external load to the jumping Volleyball players do on a regular basis. With that you'll have stronger, more powerful legs that will be more resistant to injury. Obviously, just like every exercise achieve a proper baseline of strength then slowly add weight.
at around 3:20 the guy doing plyo squat jumps with the bar on his shoulders.. i couldnt imagine doing that without if being extremely painful. he doesnt seem to have any problem with it though
Hey Anzie10, I watched & liked your video of 65 inch jump on the box. It's great! You seem to have good experience in training. I won't start a fight over you it's not my purpose. I just assume that with your coaching experience, you might know that it's tough to judge the quality of a training without knowing the context and the purpose of the drills. Especially with a very short video mixing different phases in 4 minutes. However, thanks for your support of watching! Nicolas Roy
