Bold story. Very Malaysian with multiple language usage. Certain shot inspired by Nelson. Acting was very natural. Jiven and team, always top quality work👌👌👌
3 years ago when i watched this, I really respected the content of the film, the storyline and the message. But now when I'm looking back at this shortfilm it feels like bullshit. Say NO to LGBTQ❌🙅♂
OMG, you all just "makan" the big films coming out in theaters that lack good storylines and quality cinematography. Jiven, you should just skip the theater and make a film for an OTT platform.
It was good but I started rooting for something and end up getting same gf bullshit. That was too obvious and predictable. I hope you write the Indian crime stamp shit more convincing. Speak the reality. Well I was connected with the loan getting reject, you had me there then the shit showed up. I know most men go through that phase but we can avoid it in movie since that has been used my most filmmakers. I'm still rooting for you my boy.. Hope you deliver.
The short film has an excellent storyline, stunning picturization, outstanding acting from all the characters, captivating music, and seamless editing. I can't wait for the full movie!
The storyline was predicatable but..... 1. Sound 2. Cinematography 3. The Phase - have the quality for a strong film! Best wishes. Harsh Honest: I wont be watching this in cinema if this is not a thriller. So maybe this 14min can be your intro of the movie to make a great hook to bring the audience to the theater. Keep Rocking.
I have to say. A very well made effort by all involved. Both in front and behind the camera. Those who have or are going through such experiences will definitely relate strongly to this story. Hi jiven, first of all congratulations on this film and the thought behind it, hope you can make a feature film one day. But just as an audience perception of this short film : the camera work and framing was pretty decent and set the whole mood perfectly but when it comes to story and plot was very mediocre and average I feel, there is no much of twist or new element to plot or characters itself, the same and usual template of story here, only the part where the main character has done something in his past that lead him towards of his present day struggle other than that a bossy and arrogant boss a cheating and gold digger gf An unfaithful friend This is very usual template to tell a story, even a story looks relevant but I thought the plot might be interesting, but that also some very average in my opinion! It could be better la. I hope you can take this as constructive criticism!
